Changelog

Spacing rules Menu Editor screens:

Label → 10 px → Textbox
Textbox → 5 px → Next label
First button row starts 10 px after the last field
Every subsequent button row has 5 px vertical spacing

Note system where you can add a note to Key Actions, Command Actions and Categories (aka Action Bundles)
Changed the red "Back" pseudo-action to "Back to [name of parent Action Bundle]" and added a "Back to Root" above it
Allow user to drag and drop an action into the two "Back" pseudo-actions (the dropping into a Action Bundle was already implemented in Forge version)
Config screen including a nice color picker
Refactored MenuEditorScreen slightly and split some responsibilities to MenuNavUtil, Rows and ScrollbarMath files
