[Fix time calculation and fix FPS dependent text display time]

Fixes the biome display text from being tied to FPS, so when you have more fps it doesnt make the text go away instantly, it will be the same time(whatever you set in the config) no matter if you're on 30 fps or 900 fps.

Also fixes the time calculation so it lasts for as long as you configure it to
