Small maintenance update & critical fixes!

• Updated to 1.21.11, and migrated to Mojmaps!
• Fixed critical networking bug that prevented the mod from working properly in singleplayer (especially when using offhand items like shields)
• Improved Client-Server packet handling to properly support both integrated and dedicated servers

NOTE: This new update depends on Rose-Bush 1.3, make sure you update your modlists!

This update fixes a long-standing bug where the mod wouldn't send "Allow Mod" packets in singleplayer due to leftover code from a previous project. If you've been experiencing issues with tridents not boosting when holding shields or other offhand items IN ANY SCENARIO, this update should resolve it.

Additionally, this is part of the ongoing migration from Yarn to Mojmaps to prepare for Minecraft's unobfuscated release. All of my mods will be updated eventually.

The FINAL mod to be migrated is DebugGUIScale, and then after that... i might release a new mod... im not sure.
