New recipe for the steel

Modified steel hammer loot probability in dungeon/mineshaft chest: 23% (old was 30%)

Modified textures and names for all runes (now gems)

Temporary removed emerald hammer and gem

Bug fixes:

• obsidian hammer config doesn't work so the hammer can't be disabled
• When you used a hammer on a non-minable block with a pickaxe, it broke the minable blocks around it
• Missing french translations
• Misspellings
