Added JukeBlock support with Custom Records. Reworked most of the backend code for the Jukebox mixin. You can now shift right click to control the volume of the Jukebox.

fixed BlockTags for tools required to break blocks. fixed a bug when the blocks where broken, it would delete the inventory instead of dropping them with the block.
