Lithostitched

Backport of crash fixes from later Lithostitched versions to 1.21.10.

• Patched crashing issues (primarily on Neoforge) due to Woodland Mansions.

• Made all climate fields in the replace_climate modifier optional.
• Actually registered Lithostitched's surface conditions on Neoforge.

• Port to Neoforge 1.21.11.

• Added three new modifiers to set environment attributes.

• Disabled some test code that changed the generation of Woodland Mansions

• Fixed a crash related to the unbound reference processor

• Fixed another crash in the new 1.21.11 beta

• Fixed a crash in the new 1.21.11 beta
