Umapyoi Fabricated
This is a port of Umapyoi to Fabric for Minecraft 1.20+.
Original mod by Tracen Academy Minecraft Group: https://modrinth.com/mod/umapyoi
This mod comes with a Trainers' Manual which can be read in-game with the Patchouli mod installed. For an online version, see https://leadrdrk.com/umapyoi/docs/. The online manual is currently outdated and will be remade later.
🏃 Introduction
Here comes the Umapyoi Mod!
Umapyoi Mod is a Minecraft mod focusing on refining your equipment, by selective breeding of quality bloodlines and inheriting excellent qualities from generation to generation, which is based on the mobile game Uma Musume Pretty Derby. Though many of its contents pay homage to the original game, we have tried our best to provide all of you trainers a well-designed gameplay. The most important thing that different is, you will "train" yourself and build your own abilities up.
With this mod, you can turn into your beloved Umamusume, conquest the snow-covered mountain, or the sun-burned desert with your speed. All you want to do is just to run foreward, to explore the world, not considering anything behind and dusts on your training outfit. Run forward, for the tough will in your blood, for the blazing soul in your body.
Start your own Umamusume adventure story in the world of Minecraft!
📄 Features
Exquisite character model. Original game restoration, including items, skills, training, factor inheritance and "drawing gacha". Data-Driven "Umamusume Pack" for custom characters. Modspack friendly. and more in the future...
⚙️ Forge Compatibility
It is possible to migrate from the original Forge version to this Fabric port. However, you must first unequip your soul and outfit from the Curios slots in your worlds, because this mod uses Trinkets instead of Curios and your items might be lost if you don't unequip them first.
📦 Addon Pack Support
This port has support for Umapyoi addon packs, however you must add support for the Fabric loader. For data pack only addons, this can be done by simply adding fabric.mod.json to your addon pack's jar file. See this for an example: https://github.com/0999312/Umapyoi-Addon-Pack/blob/main/fabric.mod.json. You might also need to adjust your recipes.
However, if your addon also contains Forge code, of course you'll have to port it too. The port features an identical UmapyoiAPI and exposes events as Fabric callbacks, so it should be trivial to port your addon over.
If you want to use an addon pack and it doesn't support Fabric yet, tell the author to add it!
